Mr. Cheung, our audit principal, who obtained his bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance and master's degree in Corporate Governance from the London South Bank University, is an associate member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Prior to joining KTC, he worked with international accounting firms and has accumulated extensive experience in providing assurance for Hong Kong listed companies.

Mr. Cheung has considerable experience in assurance and advisory services. He provides audit services for listed companies from a wide range of industries, including property development, construction, manufacturing, logistic, watch and jewellry and mining etc. He also has solid experience in IPO and merger and acquisition projects.
