Mr. Wan Ngar Yin, David , our director graduate from University of Hong Kong, is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, member of the CPA Australia and member of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Mr. Wan had worked with an international accounting firm in Hong Kong. Mr. Wan has been in general practice over 25 years and has accumulated extensive experience in providing audit and taxation.

In addition to auditing and taxation, Mr. Wan has substantial experience in the securities industry.  He is also a registered Responsible Officer under the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.

 

Mr. Wan has considerable experience in assurance and advisory services. He provides audit services for private companies from a wide range of industries, including trading, manufacturing, logistic and consultancy etc.
